I am a PhD student in Computer Science at Howard University, where my research focuses on improving the energy efficiency of redundant real-time systems. My current project involves developing scheduling algorithms that can optimize system performance while minimizing energy consumption. Apart from this, I am also deeply interested in the use of open-source software and its potential to increase access to public resources in an equitable manner. Additionally, I am exploring improvements to remote voting and various technologies, such as blockchain ledgers and zero-knowledge proofs, that can be used to enable the public to audit an election without revealing the votes of individual voters.
