When I open Firefox on Raspberry Pi 3 my Raspberry Pi devices restarts.
Is there any issue with RAM or does it not support Firefox in raspberry Pi 3?

1I would once again bet on power supply. You need more power (and a good power supply) RAM issues would not restart the machine everytime you open Firefox - But high CPU usage can cause brown out every single time. – Piotr Kula Nov 08 '16 at 11:26
