Can the official 7" touch display be used at the same time as an hdmi monitor?

I am making a project where I want a monitor to host a webpage and the touchscreen will control an app I made that dynamically changes things on the webpage. Is the pi (pi3, mod. b) capable of powering both of these displays at once?
